☁6) Tessa was a vegetarian.

Once she was old enough to understand what she was eating, the minute she thought about meat she just couldn’t stand to even take a bite.

The consensus seems to be I should continue here, so come July I’ll work on getting this blog up to snuff :) Should be fun!

are you going to continue with this blog? cuz i miss it :)

I’ve been debating whether to continue with it here or just break down and post everything on OCOL, since Inheritance is on there now and that is full of OCs…thoughts of the general masses?

☁5) During an especially intense game, Cole was hit with a bludger and crashed his broom into the ground.

His broom snapped, and he impaled his own leg on part of the handle. When he came to in the hospital and they explained what had happened he started laughing, and was disappointed when he found they had already removed it — he had wanted to see it.

“It’s not funny, Cole.” Roxie said, trying to be annoyed but finding herself laughing at him.
“Hey Dad, has anyone else done that before? Am I the first?”

Background #3: Cole Wood

Appearance: Light brown hair and blue eyes. Lankier than his father, but fairly muscled in his arms from playing Chaser.

House: Gryffindor (one year above James/Fred/Louis/Lucy)

School Titles and Memberships: Gryffindor Chaser, Quidditch Captain

Background: Cole inherited his father’s Quidditch frenzy, only encouraged by growing up surrounded by players and captains and team managers. When he was younger his father was at the height of his career, and it was common for Katie to take her children to the training pitch to have a picnic in the stands and watch the team practice. The Wood family has always been on good terms with the Weasley-Potters, especially as Angelina and Katie remained fairly close after the war, and his younger sister Danielle was Roxie’s best friend. He got on well with James, Fred, and Charlotte during his time at Hogwarts, enjoying both their shared love of Quidditch and their tendency for pulling pranks.

Relationship(s): Marries Roxanne Weasley

Career: Chaser for Puddlemere United

☁4) Charlotte wasn’t sure how to react when she was made Quidditch captain instead of James.

For a moment she thought maybe it would upset him, and started to say that he could help her with everything anyway, but he stopped her. “Don’t do that to yourself. You’re Captain, and you’ll be brilliant.” He told her, and she could tell by the look in his eyes that he meant it.

It didn’t hurt that he also found it pretty damn attractive.

Background #2: Brenna Arcos

Appearance: Brenna has short dark hair, which is usually either a bit of a mess or pulled back completely into a tight bun (it’s not smart to leave your hair down when working with fire-breathing creatures). She has very dark brown eyes and strong facial features that make look rather intimidating, especially as she tends to have a “perpetually irritated expression”, as Charlie tells her. On the back of her neck she has a tattoo of a “dragonfly”, drawn so that the head of it is an actual dragon skull and the body is made of bones.

Background: Brenna is Romanian, and her grandfather owns the Dragon Reserve. As much as her parents tried to deter her, she spent her teen years sneaking onto the reserve to watch her grandfather work with the dragons. By the time she was old enough to go into the training program she was already quite knowledgeable about dragon care.

Relationship(s): Long term relationship with Charlie Weasley

Career: Veterinarian on the Romanian Dragon Reserve

☁3) Albus and Rose often hung around with a girl named Penny.

She was in Hufflepuff, and was very timid — she never seemed to be interested in the same things as everyone else, or else was too afraid to do what everyone else was doing. But she found friends in Albus and Rose, and even Cori to an extent, and they created a little band of misfits.

Background #1: Charlotte

Appearance: Light green eyes, dirty blonde hair. Athletically thin, wider hips and smaller chest (which some of the other girls tease her for), usually fairly tanned.

House: Gryffindor (same year as James/Louis/Fred/Lucy)

School Titles and Memberships:  Gryffindor Chaser

Background:
Charlotte’s father is a photo journalist who specializes in Quidditch. He met her mother on a trip to England for a match, and when the two married the deal was that she would move back to Australia with him if their future children would be sent to Hogwarts. Charlotte therefore grew up in Thundelarra, Australia, which has the highest concentration of wizards in the country and is home to the Thundelarra Thunderers Quidditch team.

Friend Group: James Potter II, Louis Weasley, Fred Weasley II, Lucy Weasley, Roxanne Weasley, Danielle Wood

Relationship(s): Marries James Potter.

Career:  Event Planner

I’m just going to do the bare minimum basics in these so that there’s still something to be said in the little head canon posts :) But this way they can be referred to for clarity.

Should I keep posting things in snippets, or do little backgrounds on characters I’m introducing?

I’m not quite sure how to go about this since you’ve no idea who these people are lol.

☁3) Charlie eventually did settle down with a woman named Brenna Arcos.

She was a veterinarian on the reserve, and had started in the same trainee class as Charlie. Sometimes they were dating, sometimes they were just friends with benefits (Bill often joked that it depended on the week, which was not far from the truth). They didn’t like to “label their relationship”.

When Charlie came back to the reserve after the war, there was an unspoken shift in their relationship, and they never strayed from each other again. By the time the first of the Offspring were old enough to talk, they simply knew her as Aunt Brenna.

Molly was eternally irritated that they refused to actually get married like “normal people”.

☁2) Charlotte was a chaser for the Gryffindor Quidditch team.

She was the only one who matched Roxie’s ferocity on the field. James often teased that her Australian accent got more and more pronounced the angrier she got.

Charlotte seems awesome already :)

I mean, she’s kind of a badass, if I do say so myself u_u I’ll post more about her shortly <3

☁1) James’s best friend was a girl named Charlotte.

On their first train ride to Hogwarts, James, Fred, Louis, and Lucy were sitting together in a compartment. No one had yet been brave enough to join them, until Charlotte matter-of-factly sat down with them and introduced herself. James was immediately impressed that their fame didn’t seem to bother her.

The truth was that Charlotte had grown up in Australia where, though still well-known, pictures of the Weasley-Potter children did not appear as often. She had had no idea who they were, and was rather embarrassed when they introduced themselves. Not wanting to show it, she kept up her cool exterior, and didn’t admit it to them until much later.
